My name is Betty Walter, and I am 79 years old,   Since 1996 I have been suffering from severe Osteoporosis, breaking my bones very easily just by bending down suddenly or even blow drying my hair. I have even crushed 5 vertebrae at once and I have been having reactions to nearly all medications that doctors and specialists have prescribed, including   I heard about Dr Price through my daughter and I came to Dr Price about 4 years ago and in that time, there has been such a very marked improvement in my health.  For many years I was on a very high dose of steroid medication, Prednisone 40mg, because of  a condition of Polymyalgia rheumatica,  breaking down the dose myself to about 20mg by the time I saw Dr Price. Through her programme, she was able to wean me down on the dose of the Prednisone gradually and now I am completely off the Prednisone medication. I have not suffered from any more broken bones now for over 18 months.  I suffered from Polymyalgia Rheumatica previously (hence was placed on long term prednisone) with severe pain and weakness in my shoulders, joints and muscles and again I am now completely off all medications that I had severe side effects to.  There is also no sign of Polymyalgia anymore. My digestion is much improved. My whole wellbeing and energy is so much better. I am delighted that I am feeling so much better.  I feel stronger in myself, happy with myself and feel I would recommend anyone to see Dr Price.  She has been such a wonderful support to me.

Dear Dr Price,

I wish to thank you for your high level of support over recent months since I have been coming to see you. The books “Power vs Force” which you suggested I read reinforced why I have been healing at an accelerated rate whilst under the care of both yourself and Bojan. Admittedly, the book also reinforced much of the conversation we had at our last appointment and that I wasn’t truly taking full charge and responsibility to ensure I work together with you to get better. Regardless of my reasons then, I have tried to follow your instructions implicitly as much as possible, including vege/fruit detox, and having a healthier approach to how I conduct each beautiful day, …and it is paying off! I’ve been accepted to do a work experience placement at Gwinganna organic retreat for the next 5 weeks and aim to have appointments with Bojan to further aid complete recovery. I am feeling like I am in a safer space now.

My name is Bruce Walsh, I am an engineer.  I came to see Dr Price in the Renew You Clinic because for over 15 years, I really had a really bad gastric reflux, sinus headaches every day, really bad pain in the eyes, itching in the eyes all the time for over 20 years and was terribly constipated, with really low low energy levels and feeling really depressed about myself.  One year later, the results have been amazing! My name is Marilyn Purnell and I am 57 years of age, and I came to Dr Price at the Renew You Clinic feeling very low. My name is Lucille,  and I live in Caboolture.  When I first came to see Dr Price, I was a very bad diabetic, I was recently increased up to 70 units of insulin a day with my  two diabetic medications as well three times a day. I felt that I was gaining more and more weight, blowing up like a balloon, no matter what I did. After I had seen Dr Price, within one week, I was off my Insulin injections. I had hidden sensitivities and allergies to many foods, including sugar and insulin. My name is Brian McMullen, I am 70 years old and I have been coming to Renew You for over 3 years. I was very impressed when I read an ad in the bulletin on Renew You so I thought I need ‘renewing’ and been coming ever since.  I had a stroke a couple of years ago with very low energy, depression and was unable to walk without a walking stick. Hi, name is Bernadette and when I came to see Dr Price, I was extremely run down, I was suffering with Depression, I was on depression tablets, I had absolutely not energy to do anything, getting out of bed, cleaning our house was a chore.  I couldn’t remember what I did the day before, I couldn’t remember what my girlfriend had said to me, nor appointments I had to write everything down to the finest detail.  With such low energy levels, I was unable to function, my household was run by my husband and son.  I was unable to clean, cook, I stopped working in our office I got another lady to do the work that I did there, I was unable to function. My name is Leisa, and I am a restaurant owner.  I have been ANAPHYLLACTIC to seafood especially prawns since I was 18 years of age. If I ate even the smallest amount of prawns, my throat would swell up and I would have trouble breathing. It was life threatening. My name is Trish Collins. When I first came to the Renew You clinic in May 2004, I was suffering from chronic fatigue, aches and pain (arthritis), forgetfulness/cloudy foggy head, difficulty getting out of bed in the mornings, abdominal pains with most foods and lack of motivation to exercise.  I was feeling as though working full-time was too much and I would either have to retire early or cut back to part-time work. I could barely eat any solid foods and my diet was extremely limited, restricted to pureed vegetables, as I was reacting to most foods with gut ache and constant diarrhoea. I was even reacting to  I also suffered from Hashimoto’s thyroiditis for many years and hair analysis revealed high levels of heavy metal toxicity.

 

I commenced the treatment programme with Dr Price which involved quite a degree of commitment and perseverance but I was determined and it was so worth it! With the allergy desensitization treatments and supportive natural treatments, I gradually was able to introduce more variety of foods to my diet and I noticed a huge improvement in energy levels and a significant reduction in my joint pains, and the foggy in my head disappeared. After 12 months, my thyroid antibodies have reduced from over 2000 to 500. My heavy metal load have significantly reduced. I can now EAT WHAT I LIKE and really enjoy being able to eat out at restaurants again, without suffering from constant diarrhoea, vomitting and abdominal pains.

 

My biggest breakthrough came after attending Dr Price’s Emotional Freedom workshop and learning to empower myself with tools to assist me in reprogramming my past emotional issues and releasing emotional blockages. An immensely improved health and emotional wellbeing has greatly assisted me in my intimate relationship with my long suffering husband of 25 years!

 

With Dr Price and the Renew You team, I have taken part in natural therapies and Natural Hormone treatments, Allergy Desensitization, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) and Neurological Integration System (NIS).  I now feel the best I have felt for over 10 years.  I am pain free, active and working full-time with zest for life. When I first came to Dr Price in March 2004, I was suffering from long standing depression and was on antidepressants for over 7 years and had gradually increased the required dosage to the maximum level.  I was like a zombie.  My energy was very low, and I virtually had no libido or enthusiasm for life.  After starting on a natural hormone replacement programme which addressed my low testosterone , high estrogen and low growth hormone levels and improved my cellular health with the right nutrition, and nutraceuticals, I quickly started to see results.

 

The most tangible evidence of my increased energy levels was in relation to a power walking fitness exercise programme I used to attend most weekday mornings.  This program had circles with flags at intervals, the idea being you had to complete the circle by keeping up with the timed beeps at each flag.  As you got fitter you could gradually move out to a wider circle.  For years I had been trying to get beyond the 39 metre circle without any success in fact mostly having to drop back to the 38 metre circle.  I was absolutely amazed when one morning after I had been on Dr Price's program for a couple of months I was suddenly able to walk at the 40 Metre Circle with only the same effort that I had previously expended to walk at the 38 Metres Circle.  What is more after a month or so I was even able to move to the 41 Metres Circle. I couldn’t believe it! It was a real defining moment. I was so excited! I felt better in so many other ways, but this could all be put down to psychological imagination, here I had concrete evidence of a change in my physiology.

 

I felt so much better that I was soon able to gradually reduce and finally, to stop my antidepressants, and become assertive enough to deal with my unhappy home situation that I had procrastinated about for over 10 years. I commenced some emotional work with Dr Price to clear out limiting beliefs and past stuck emotional issues with my wife that have held me back for years. I feel so much freer. We did some allergy desensitization treatments and worked on improving my cellular health.

 

Now, I feel so different, a dramatic change to the man I was just a few short years ago. I feel alive, energized and invigorated. I feel contented and happy.  I feel an enthusiasm for my job whereas previously I had had to push myself to get started each morning.  And although I have reached retirement age I am quite happy to keep working for some time to come yet.

I feel so much more confident in my social life and found it so much easier to attract a new partner.  Previously I had absolutely dreaded getting back on the social scene but suddenly it was fun.  My libido has never been better. My love life has never been better. I am planning a honeymoon vacation in Europe soon.  It is very hard for me to reconcile my chronological years with the age that I feel.  Life is wonderful. My name is Ian Dann. Having been diagnosed with high blood pressure approximately 15 years ago, I became tired of the ever increasing amount of tablets I was taking and the side effects associated with these powerful medications. Over the years I have tried numerous alternatives to try and stop taking or at least decrease the quantity of tablets I was taking and nothing seemed to make any difference. I felt destined to have to continue to be drugged for the rest of my life. Through a series of events I heard of a doctor who took a wholistic natural approach to medicine and so I tried once again. To my absolute amazement, I didn’t go out of the consultation room with a handful of scripts and a “see you in a month”.  Instead I was given many insights into why I have blood pressure problems and hope of one day not popping pills all day.

I always considered myself to be very fit and healthy until I began to suffer from severe tingling, numbness and muscle weakness all over my body but mainly in my arms and legs. My GP referred me to a neurologist who carried out a full Neuro examination and then wanted me to have a brain scan to rule out Multiple Sclerosis. Thankfully all the tests came back normal but I wasn’t given an explanation as to why I was getting these horrible symptoms that no one could assist me with.

Several months went by with no relief from the tingling so I made an appointment to see Dr Price. After the first appointment she told me I was suffering from heavy metal toxicity as well as several allergies I had had since I was young. My body was so saturated with toxins they were interfering my nerve endings. To confirm her diagnosis a sample of my hair was sent for analysis.

 

I was then started on oral chelation treatment, nutritional treatments as well as allergy treatments for my allergies. All these treatments sound very strange at first but they certainly worked for me and I am very grateful for this different approach to medicine. The benefits of the treatments were slow at first. I wasn’t expecting to recover overnight but I am now completely symptom free with normal liver function tests and my Hair Analysis Tests are all back to normal. When someone asks you “are you well” what are they asking; are you not sick. It has taken me 52 years to understand what it means to have a feeling of “well-being”. Spend a minute and come with me on my journey.

 

As long as I can remember I have never felt right. Low energy, anxiety, depression, mood swings and a sleeping disorder. I have spent countless years complaining to my wife and my general practitioner (“GP”) that I could never understand why my wife, who has chronic rheumatoid arthritis, could have more energy for life than me. To get out of bed was just too hard some mornings.

 

Finally, my GP gave me a small book called “Taming the Black Dog” and recommended that I read it. It was about Winston Churchill and the severe depression that he suffered from. It outlined the symptoms and affects depression has a person. It was me and I thought that I had finally found the problem and therefore it could be resolved. We discussed the problem and I agreed to start taking anti-depressants. During the next couple of months and a couple of different types of drugs I decided to read about the effects of psychotic drugs. I realized that this was not the way to go so after discussion with my GP it was decided to send me to a Psychiatrist. I spent six months under treatment with him. While it helped there was still this underlying anxiety that I always had.

 

My brother happened to send me a book on metabolic anti-aging which really caught my interest and after searching the internet I ended up making an appointment to see Dr. Dzung Price at the Renew You Centre for Well-Being.

 

Have you ever been to see a doctor and left with the feeling that someone was actually interested? I now have. After an intense examination of not only myself but my family history, some comprehensive blood tests, allergy testing and cellular analysis it was discovered that my hormones were out of balance, I had allergies to many substances, my PH levels were low and I needed to make changes to my body mass composition.

It is in some ways an alternative approach to the medical norm of waiting until a problem occurs and then treating it. The Renew You approach is best described as preventative medicine. The techniques used are different and one would need to have an open mind when embarking on the same journey. The use of allergy elimination and neurologreal integration, which get right down to the basic energy flows of the body, work on the bodies own ability to desensitize hidden allergies and improve both hormonal and cellular health. I was amazed to find that I was allergic to my own testosterone.  

The end result is after about six months everything started to click in. I cannot put the finger on anything in particular and feel it was a combination of everything implemented. I have never had energy levels like I have today. I have lost a total of eighteen kilos in weight. I sleep better at night. I now have the willingness to get up and get out there. I no longer have depression or anxiety. I am able to do strenuous exercise on a regular basis. I am also able to take on the stresses of life with relative comfort. I am going to walk the Kokoda Track.

It all sounds so magical; doesn’t it? Be warned though, it is not. It takes some determination to change you life.
